Happy Ganesh Chathruthi... / Vinayaka Chathurthi... DO NOT IMMERSE LORD GANESA IDOLS into our polluted rivers, seas, lakes, ponds, wells...
We are celebrating Vinayaka Chathurthi... in India in great manner...
Devotees of Lord Ganesa / Lord Vinayaga makes very big beautiful Lord Ganesa Statues and put in the corner of streets...
After the celebration, we put the beautiful Lord Ganesa Statues into water areas like River, Sea, Lakes, Ponds or well...
But I request - Not to put beautifully created big LORD GANESA IDOLS into water.
Instead, we can keep them in the praharams of our big temples...
Let us keep the Lord Ganesa Idols on top of roof of temples for people to pray and allow them to get the shower of Rain God - Varuna and get themselves dissolved instead of putting in water...
Why we say - not to immerse Lord Ganesa Idols into the water areas?
1. The water areas are polluted and looks bad to put beautiful Lord Ganesa Idol...
2. If you see any big river like Yamuna, Ganga, Cauvery and other great rivers of India - they are already polluted by many industrial wastes, toilet wastes and they are not fit for taking bath or consumptiion.
3. In this situation, how we can immerse our beautiful, divine, Lord Ganesa Idols into such types of ugly waters??
4. Why we have to put beautifully created Lord Ganesa Idols into water?? Let them get the rain water Abhisegam in top of temple roofs and Big Outside Praharams of big temples so that it looks beautiful to the devotees who are visiting the temples....
Hinduism is a peaceful religion... Hindus never hate other religions... Hindus never torture other religious people... Hindus never try to convert other religious people in a cruel manner...
